Development
We believe in providing all of our team members clear opportunities for growth and development. Our Leadership Launch Program provides resources and tools for Chick-fil-A Team Members to develop key leadership strategies that help equip them to advance. Each checklist is designed for development into a specific role. Additionally, we provide other seasonal opportunities for development such as special events, classes, and local opportunities to connect with other leaders.
Leadership Launch Program
We offer internal and external candidates at the high school, college, and adult levels the opportunity to complete our Leadership Launch Program. The Leadership Launch Program is a consolidated development opportunity geared for top talent to take their leadership journey to the next level and grow within our organization.

REMARKable Futures Scholarship
Chick-fil-A REMARKable Futures Scholarship offers a renewable $1,000, $2,500, and $25,000 scholarship opportunity to team members who meet specific criteria. In 2023, Chick-fil-A Atlantic Ave. Team Members were awarded $25,000 in total.

Community
Our Community
At Chick-fil-A Atlantic Ave., we’re more than just a restaurant—We’re a team and a community. We gather outside of work to celebrate everything from small wins to life milestones. Some of our recent off-site events include an axe throwing, an in-house self-defense course, and a leadership outing to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
Leadership Education And Development (L.E.A.D.) Academy
We also offer partnership to our local schools including the opportunity for L.E.A.D. Academy. Through L.E.A.D., we provide leadership learnings and service projects for local students. This opportunity is a great resume builder and opportunity for growth on a high school level.
We love being involved in our community through givebacks and fundraisers. We are honored to partner with a number of local organizations throughout each year!
