Chick-fil-A offers a 401(k) plan to qualifying team members. Basic qualifications include one year of full-time employment and a minimum age of 21 to participate. The Owner/Operator contributes 3% to vested employees regardless of the employees investment.
Owner/Operator contributes to healthcare for leadership level employees.
Provides access to savings on items such as movie tickets, restaurants, amusement parks, and other attractions nationwide. To obtain access to available discounts, team members must create an account through @CFAHome.
Since our Grand Opening in 2020, Chick-fil-A Atlantic Ave. Team Members have been awarded 75K in scholarships towards their education.
