Compensation
Positions Available
FOH/BOH Team Member: $13-$15
- Based on availability
FOH/BOH Team Leader: Starting at $18
- Based on availability and experience
- Additional compensation: Technology Allowance
Director Level: Starting at $20
- Additional compensation: Technology Allowance
- Performance Bonus available for Director Level and above
Benefits
401(k)
Chick-fil-A offers a 401(k) plan to qualifying team members. Basic qualifications include one year of full-time employment and a minimum age of 21 to participate. The Owner/Operator contributes 3% to vested employees regardless of the employees investment.
Paid Time Off
- Team Member: After 2 years, every 80 hours worked, 1hr is earned up to a maximum of 3 days per/ year.
- Leadership PTO begins at a minimum of 5 days per calendar year, after 6 months of service. At the director level, the amount of time goes up to 13 days.
- We also offer paid maternity and paternity leave for Employees.

Owner/Operator contributes to healthcare for leadership level employees.

Since our Grand Opening in 2020, Chick-fil-A Atlantic Ave. Team Members have been awarded 75K in scholarships towards their education.
